Position Overview
The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with UAE hospitality standards. The role involves supervising front office staff, resolving guest issues, supporting revenue goals, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office Operations
Supervise daily front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, room allocation, and guest requests
Ensure smooth coordination between the front office, housekeeping, and other departments
Monitor guest arrival/departure flow to optimize service delivery
Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally
Team Supervision & Training
Supervise, schedule, and support front office associates
Assist in onboarding and training of new staff in line with hotel SOPs
Ensure staff grooming, attendance, and performance meet hotel standards
Conduct shift briefings and daily handovers
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Maintain high guest satisfaction and service quality at all times
Ensure VIP, repeat guest, and special request handling is executed properly
Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or amenities when appropriate
Administrative & Compliance Duties
Ensure accurate data entry and guest records in the PMS
Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and credit procedures
Ensure compliance with UAE data protection, safety, and security policies
Prepare daily reports and assist management with operational analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Hands-on experience with hotel PMS (Opera, Protel, IDS, or similar)
Previous UAE or GCC experience is an advantage

Good command of English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
